Morris pools completed our pool December 2020. It was an excellent experience. They listened to what we wanted while doing the design. The design center experience to choose our products and colors was positive. They dealt with our HOA approval process. They had no difficulty getting our town approval for the job. They were quicker than many of our neighbors in securing contractors for the different stages of pool completion. They have done the maintenance and cleaning for us since completing our pool. They are reliable and thorough with the cleanings. We highly recommend this local family owned company!

We were really happy with how the pool turned out. Daniel and his team knocked it out ahead of schedule with no surprise expenses. Given how stressful and expensive a new pool is we honestly had a very positive experience and would recommend them. We got a few quotes and Morris Pools wasn’t the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive but I felt good about going with Daniel after meeting and talking to him and a couple of his employees. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly and professionally everything was handled and how good the communication was. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure it got done. Anyways, long story short, we are happy with how it all turned out.

We contacted Daniel as well as several other "big name" pool builders a little over a year ago for a quote on installing a new pool. Daniel was the only one who responded quickly and also came in under budget. We didn't choose Morris Pools because they were under budget, we chose them because Daniel was the only one who made us feel like he truly cared about our project and we weren't just another number. Daniel stayed in communication with us throughout the entire build and kept us updated on a completion date, even when he had to tell us he didn't know when it would be completed due to supply chain issues. Even with the supply chain issues our pool was still completed prior to his initial estimated date! We are so happy we chose Morris Pools and recommend them anytime someone asks.

We contacted Daniel to finish up our Build Your Own pool project, which included applying the pebble finish and installing the in-floor cleaning heads. Daniel was one of the few contractors who even called us back with interest in our job. Very good to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure we would be happy with the results. We had purchased all of our cleaning heads over a year ago from another company, and they turned out not to match our choice of pebble finish. Daniel was able to swap out all of the parts with the right color. He didn't have to do that, but it made a big difference in the final appearance of the pool. Morris isn't the cheapest, but dealing with Daniel was a great way to finish our project. Everything turned out great. Thanks again.

***DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME *** I tried to work with this company to get my pool remodeled. Initially it took 3 phone calls for someone to respond back to me to schedule an appointment. After coming and measuring, it took him an additional week (total of 3 weeks) without notifying me and ignoring my calls to get me a quote. After receiving the quote, I emailed a couple of questions and called for clarification but never received a response. My recommendation is don’t bother and contact another company.

Recently they completed a pool decking a patio remodel for me at my personal home and my wife and I could't be happier with how it all turned out. STAY AWAY...IF THIS IS HOW LITTLE THEY COMMUNICATE BEFORE A JOB, IMAGINE WHAT THEY WILL BE LIKE TO GET A HOLD OF IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE. Daniel has called his brother a liar. I don't know which is lying, but I will not be recommending them to anyone. SCHEDULE WITH CDC POOLS INSTEAD. CDC Pools is a big, solid, reliable company that got us in quicker and their pricing was the same. You can count on them answering the phone, returning calls, and sticking to what they say. Ultimately, that's who I ended up switching to since Daniel kept canceling/moving back the job and didn't return calls in a decent amount of time. My personal experience with this company was horrendous. We were doing an "owner build". Out of all the subs we dealt with during our project, I was simply in disbelief at the unprofessionalism, lack of communication (not returning phone calls or texts for days), and straight out lying (even when confronted with what was put in writing). I typically don't leave a lot of reviews, but I was blown away by the way we were treated and am hoping to prevent this heartache for someone else.Daniel is the head of this company. His brother, Dave, was who first came out to look at our pool on June 28th. Dave said he and his brother worked together on pools. Dave proceeded to give me a bid for the Pebble Tec. We were leaving on vacation the following week, and I asked if they'd be able to fit us in the week we got back. Dave told me yes. When we returned home from vacation I reached out to Dave (that was July 8th...I'm looking back at the texts as I write this review). He responded he would call today...said Daniel (his brother) would stop by to give formal bid and schedule. Daniel said he wasn't sure he could do it as soon as Dave promised. Promised to let me know and get me a formal bid that night or the next day at latest.(July 10) Interior clean up of pool was supposed to happen today, Pebble Tec the next. No response all day. That evening I get a message it will actually be TWO WEEKS before they could do the Pebble interior. If he had told me that before we left on vacation, I would have had time to get someone else and already been done, but instead they waited until the day before we were ready to do Pebble to tell me...they didn't stick to their word, not by a long shot.(July 11) FINALLY got formal bid from Daniel (day late). It was $1,275 HIGHER than what I was bid by Dave. Called/texted Daniel and asked him to call me...no response. Called Dave and he said he'd call his brother and get back to me. Daniel finally called and told me basically those were his prices so too bad that Dave told me something different. I started looking into getting someone out to do our pool sooner. Unfortunately, because the Morris brothers waited until literally the day before they had promised, no one was available.(July 12) I get a text from Daniel saying: "I can move the pebble install up to Monday, July 22nd, will that work or did you find someone else?"(July 13) Called Daniel to solidify the date...no response. Called Dave who said he would make sure the date was still available. He called me back a few hours later and assured me the Monday, July 22nd date was mine. I had the speaker phone on so my husband could hear the entire conversation. Said Daniel said he could come out a couple days later to verify pool was ready. July 15th came and went with Daniel not coming out as promised.(July 16) Called/texted Daniel to see why he hadn't come out...no response. Also called/texted Dave...no response.(July 17) Called/texted Daniel and Dave again. Finally got a text from Daniel, basically saying Dave has nothing to do with his business and shouldn't have given prices or scheduled anything. I sent Daniel the screenshot of the text he himself had sent me telling me he could do Monday the 22nd. He said we hadn't signed a contract so basically "too bad". I said, "But you told Dave we were scheduled for that date. Are you saying Dave LIED to me about you saying that?" His response..."That's what it sounds like."

Morris Pools did an OUTSTANDING job on my pool remodel. Daniel (the owner) operated with integrity from the beginning of the experience. Everything was explained thoroughly ahead of time and agreed upon in writing. He was able to guide me with ideas. His workers were courteous, efficient and did not leave a mess. The project was completed on time. Once the pool was completed, Daniel took the time to program all of my equipment and walk me through everything. He has returned to adjust programs I wanted revised and stands behind his work. I highly recommend Morris Pools for any remodel or upgrade you are looking to do. Simply an awesome experience. With that big of an investment, it feels good as the home owner to be able to say that. My sister opted to use Daniel for a remodel of her own immediately following my project. Now that says something!

Bought house with pool 8 years ago. Used local pool guys, tried to do myself. Finally wanted to replace motors with variable speed and put in new filtration system. Morris came, explained what should be done, gave reasonable price, and time of installation. All turned out 100%. Great job. Everything runs perfect. Saving money on electricity from day one. Pool Looks Perfect(wife is happy) Everyone is Happy. Later had to repair pipe I damaged. Daniel sent is crew same day. Fixed pipe fast , knowledgable on how to fix. Very fair price when I got bill.
