Pool remodeling and luxury pools in Ahwatukee
An Ahwatukee hillside pool at dusk: an infinity edge looks out over the valley, with arcing deck jets, a raised stone spa and a lit pergola.
Ahwatukee has its own tucked-away feel, with South Mountain behind nearly every backyard. Many homes here have a pool ready for a complete transformation, and many hillside lots are made for a vanishing edge. Morris Pools, family-owned and based in the East Valley of Arizona since December 2010, does both.
Remodels beneath South Mountain
Many Ahwatukee pools date back to the neighborhood's early decades. A remodel can rework depths and structure, replace decking, and bring a modern interior finish, tile, coping and efficient equipment, or redesign the pool entirely. Every remodel is evaluated on site, pressure-tested and quoted individually, and if the existing pool can't deliver what you want, we'll tell you when starting over is the better path. Hillside lots and HOAs
Lots along the South Mountain foothills suit infinity-edge designs that look out over the valley, though they can require an extra hillside review. Most homes are in HOA communities. Because Ahwatukee is part of Phoenix, we handle the city permits, inspections and HOA approvals.

Ahwatukee pool FAQs
Is it worth remodeling my older pool instead of replacing it?
It depends on the pool's condition. If the structure is sound, a remodel can make it feel new or change it entirely; if not, removing it and building new may be the better path. We'll give you an honest assessment.
My yard backs up to South Mountain. Does that change anything?
Possibly. Sloped lots may need a hillside review, and some HOAs have view-fence guidelines, so we check both early.
