Local know-how

Many Paradise Valley homes sit on large estate lots, and those on the mountain slopes go through an added hillside review before a pool can be built. Pools here usually start with engineered plans and a design that follows the natural grade instead of flattening it. We prepare the engineering and hillside submittals and handle the permits, inspections and HOA approvals for you.

We've been based in the East Valley since December 2010, designing and building custom pools, and our office, about 30 minutes from Town Hall, is open by appointment. We're licensed under Arizona ROC #320987 and work alongside your architect, engineer and builder to keep the project on track.
